In July 2020 we bought our FIRST home totally virtually relying on ONE PERSON and ONE person only to be our EYES and EARS. This one person was Mike Carroll. He was super accommodating, reliable, detailed, knowledgeable, genuine and truthful. He helped us from the beginning (Face-timing on tours) to the very end (making sure the cleaning company did their job before we arrived and even meeting the transportation company at our new house to unload/pack our car in the garage) and everything in-between (helped us find and get approved for a loan). My calls to Mike were...hey Mike can you go by this house and see if it has a big yard, to questions about the area to just giving advice and suggestions about moving in general) He always returned our calls, always was positive and made sure we were comfortable about our purchase at the end. If you are in the market to buy or sell a house Mike is your guy. You won't be disappointed.
