We received listing emails from him on a daily basis during the entire process. He went above and beyond to provide us excellent customer service and even helped us navigate North Carolina while we were in our apartment, looking for our home. He recommended some great eateries, points of interest, as well as some of the North Carolina culture that we were not used to. He is a delightful gentleman and a family man. If we ever had any questions or concerns he was also by far the easiest realtor to reach. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a call back. Furthermore, since we bought our house, he has also helped us with more resources. He recommended a great general contractor for some of the minor repairs our home needs, as well as information about the area we live in. Randy and his team were incredible throughout the entire process. We started our search in January and ended up closing on our house in April. Randy was both patient and supportive as we searched for our first home - inside the belt-line, at a reasonable prices, in this market was not an easy ask, but he delivered.

And while most homes today are selling for significantly more than asking prices, he was able to help us negotiate a sale prices that was 10% below asking.
