Even Chad was not familiar with the area, he went to work to find out as much as he can for me and came up with good results. He promptly answered my questions and if he did not know the answer, he will look for it and get back to me. Even though this was not my first time being a house, the market changed so much and I had a lot of questions but Chad took it all in stride. He was opened to taking me see as much house as I wanted before I made my choice. He was patient, considerate, and very helpful. We ran into multiple catastrophic issues ranging from incompetent loan officers to a bad appraiser that almost cost us our home.
