Patrick was incredible. We requested a virtual tour of a house on Zillow and were serendipitously paired with him. Note that usually I don’t trust these platform’s recommendations (sorry Zillow), but after a quick conversation I realized Patrick was the real deal. We chose to work with him, and are SO GLAD that we did!

We were house hunting from the other side of the country, and Patrick made this so painless. He gave us virtual tours of countless houses, always giving his honest opinion of the houses strengths and crucially pointing out its flaws.

For houses we liked, Patrick always got a detailed comps analysis to us the same day that we toured. For the ones we decided to put an offer on, he complied the paperwork and submitted the offers extremely quickly as well. This was a huge advantage in the competitive Raleigh market.
