DASH Carolina was built on a simple philosophy: “Do the RIGHT thing, every time, at all costs.” Or a more colloquial way we like to put it is: “Be the person your dog thinks you are.” And have as much fun along the way as possible!
For too long, Realtors have earned themselves a stigma – you don’t need to look far to see what the American Viewing Public thinks a Realtor does… In 2016, DASH set out to break that mold by simply doing the right thing for our clients, talking every buyer out of buying and every seller out of selling, out-learning, “out-tech-ing” and out-working every other Realtor out there.
Our methodology may sound counter-intuitive, but really we just mean we’re never going to tell our clients what to do, but we will educate them as to the pros, but more importantly, the cons of every decision they are about to make. This fresh philosophy saw immediate success and DASH quickly grew to be the largest Team Brokerage in the world in just a few short years. Our success did not go unnoticed and soon Zillow was courting our team to be their exclusive Realtor in The Triangle to help them buy and sell homes.
In July of 2020 we left Coldwell Banker and became our own brokerage, with our own office right in the heart of Midtown Raleigh. Our continued success saw us earn Zillow’s top spot as their #1 Broker Partner in NC, and their model firm nationwide. No other firm in The Triangle, gets more ready, willing and able buyers per month than DASH does – to the tune of 600 buyer leads a month.
These aren’t website leads, or Social Media Leads, or Google leads, (although we get all of those too!), these leads come from the same place you go to check out homes and see what an “Zestimate” of the home’s sale price might be, the same place you met me… Yup, Zillow. Zillow has become synonymous with America’ Realtor, and America’s Realtor hired DASH!
Because of our hustle, innovation, technology and dedication to our clients, we grew from a small team of 6 agents to a team of over 130 agents today; each agent preaching the same philosophy, one 5 star review at a time.
