Zach was awesome to work with. Had an offer on my house within days and had it sold in less than 30 days. Other real estate companies tried to low ball us but Zach sold it for more than we thought we could get for it.

Zachary was our first agent helping us to find and buy our first home. We met 2 other agents during scheduled showings from other listing websites and he was such a far cry from the others we dealt with that my wife and I thought it was a no brainer to work with him. Over the course of about 3 months he worked tirelessly for us sharing listings, driving hour round trips to show houses late at night due to our work schedule and answering ridiculous questions that only first time buyers can have. The entire time he made us feel like we were his only buyers and was devoted to getting us keys to the perfect house for us. Any snags along the way he lamented with us and helped find solutions to the constant chain of issues with our lender once we finally signed a contract. The only negative to finally closing was not getting to interact with him anymore! Spoiler: We still texted him when we had questions and still got right back to us. If we ever move within the Central NC area again we will definitely be requesting his services again and recommending him to anyone in the market today.

Zach was a pleasure to work with. he was very knowledgeable and very respectful. Friendly and personable. Although he was very busy, he managed to stay in touch and keep us informed about the process. Enjoyed the experience.
