I was having a hard time looking for a home for me and my kids. One evening, Victor Brown called me and told me that he'd help he would set up an email system where he could put in exact filters of what I'm looking for, and it'll create a list just for me. Victor shows me see the good and the bad of every house I request to see, helping me make the right choice. He pulls all the data about the house, and tells me all the information I need to make a good offer. Sometimes, he reaches out to his team with questions I have, and gets a response and updates me immediately. It's been a roller coaster, but Victor has made it one of the best experiences in my life. I get stressful pretty quickly, and buying a house is a very important decision, but Victor has made it so smooth and he's always there for me. Thank you, Victor and Dash!

As first time homebuyers, we didn't know much about the home buying process. Victor has been a precious help to make our choice. During the visits, he informed us about the strengths and weaknesses of each house so that we could make the right choice. Once we decided which house to buy, he kept us posted and helped us and on each step before, during, and after closing. Victor is a hard worker, very knowledgeable, reliable, and very responsive real estate agent. We really enjoyed working him. We trust him at 100% and would not hesitate to contact him again if we had to buy or sell a house.

Victor was a pleasure to work with to find my new home this Spring. In the craziest real estate market I think any of us have ever seen, he kept a level head and reminded me what was most important to me. And he stressed that home buying is a process. We toured many homes in the Triangle area where competition was very heavy, and learned what types of homes and what residential areas I would be interested in, what sellers were asking and, more importantly, what potential buyers were likely to offer over asking price. In my case, I didn't have much financial flexibility but I also didn't have to be in the Triangle area. We found a place just outside where prices were lower, competition hadn't gotten so fierce yet, and there was just the perfect house in a wonderful location waiting for me. Victor was not real familiar with the area, but he was able to get all the information we needed through his vast network of agents. We made an offer and won. I'm still just getting settled in my new home and learning about the surrounding area, but as I go through my daily routines, the phrase "forever home" keeps coming to mind. Victor made that happen.

Victor was amazing. He did stuff when we were seeing houses that was eyes opening, he was realtor/inspector telling us some stuff about the house and the builder. If was a short period of time but was nice to have Victor brown in our side buy our house.
