I started my career as a real estate broker in January 2021 during not only a worldwide pandemic but also in one of the most competitive real estate markets an agent could land in. This past year has prepared me to understand how to help my clients creatively win offers and find the homes of their dreams. There is nothing more fulfilling than helping a client navigate the buying process and land a home that checks off all their boxes! Part of what makes real estate rewarding for me, are the lasting relationships you can form while working with clients. I am well versed in marketing strategy, and pride myself on solid customer service skills and strive to always be learning not only about the latest in real estate trends but in everything that interests me.
I got my undergraduate degree in Speech Communications from Old Dominion University in Norfolk Virginia but moved to North Carolina not long after. Prior to getting my broker’s license, I spent the last 20+ years working as a project manager in the event marketing industry which prepared me for ever changing challenges and fast paced problem solving which has really come in handy in being adaptive in my real estate career.
I could not be luckier to work for a firm like DASH Carolina that is dedicated and committed to always doing the right thing, every time, no matter what it takes, with incredible teamwork, experience and diligence. At DASH, we really do “walk the walk” and not just “talk the talk.”
Away from work, you’ll likely find me outside playing soccer, tennis or golf, hiking in the beautiful Carolina woods, or kayaking or fishing on one of the many bodies of water in our area or at the beach or in the mountains with my family and friends.

I called him and left a message. He replied very promptly with a clear list of things he needed to know about us and our preferences. He was very professional and you could tell that he knew what he was doing. We couldn't meet and see the houses in person, so he organized video calls for us when touring the places. Tom is always punctual which made the experience even easier. We found a place that we liked, and from there everything got even better. He took everything into his own hands. I did not need to keep him in check, unlike other agents I have worked with before. Tom gave us a list of things to pay attention to that we did not think of on our own. Overall, the experience with Tom was incredible and made the moving process a lot more enjoyable.

Tom worked fastidiously over the course of 6 rocky months until we finally arrived at the winning property with an accepted bid. His attentiveness to detail from the first walk through of each house until the keys have changed hands after the closing, has made him an absolute joy to work with. Tom is open, communicative, diplomatic, and very knowledgeable about the local market and a wealth of references for all the trades required along the way (mortgage, inspection, engineer, contractors, etc.). I will absolutely recommend Tom Lambert to anyone who asks for a local realtor referral because I felt like he worked as a partner through the whole process--there was never any pressure, and always an open stream of information and education.
