I have recently acquired my Real Estate License as a Real Estate Broker on November 21, 2025. I have been in the state of North Carolina for about 2 years this summer, and have lived most of my life in New York. I have been in sales for over 20 years & also operate a clothing brand in Queens NY. Just like most businesses you have to source and find what a person is looking for. With my brand and business I focus on quality. That is where my passion for Real Estate has come from , finding and sourcing for a client what they are looking for. And delivering that home to them , by being transparent with clients. One of the greatest things that I learned about operating my own business and sales , was to build relationships , be authentic , and be transparent. Those are the same three principles that I will be applying to my Real Estate career and to my clients. Being who you really are , people want someone who is authentic to themselves and others , not an actor. I believe people can read energy and feel it , so I will always give you the true version of myself. Building relationships is the key to success in any type of business. The relationships you build with clients and people you do business with, builds your reputation as someone who can be counted on , someone who is reliable , someone that people seek to work with. It takes time to build these relationships , but once you earn that trust , you will have that relationship for a lifetime. Being transparent is also very important, be real , be honest , say what can be accomplished and execute it. Honesty is the best policy , it sets you up for success. Your setting realistic expectations from your clients of what can be accomplished. Deliver results but be realistic about when and how it can be done.
I work on a few simple philosophies:
Every house is the RIGHT house for you at the RIGHT price.
Every house is the WRONG house for you at the WRONG price.
Remember, you don't make your money when you sell your house, you make it when you buy!!!
And finally, there is NO such thing as a once in a lifetime deal...there will always be another one.
My reviews are not from family members 'fluffing' and artificially inflating my ratings....they come from actual clients, all of whom by the end of their transactions I can energetically call friends.
I will work tirelessly for you. Those aren't empty words, I promise. And if we have to visit every house in the state to find the right one for you, then you're probably too picky :)
