With a background in fine dining restaurant management and corporate sales, I bring years of leadership, negotiation, and client service experience to real estate. Early in my career, I managed more than 150 employees across dining, bar, and banquet operations, where I developed a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in fast-paced environments. I later transitioned into procurement and sales, working with large OEM and CEM manufacturers, including Fortune 500 companies. Through that experience, I strengthened my negotiation skills, learned the importance of relationship-building, and gained the ability to guide clients confidently through complex decisions and transactions. After relocating from Southern California to North Carolina, I understand firsthand the emotions, logistics, and challenges that come with moving and starting fresh in a new place. That personal experience allows me to better connect with and support clients who are navigating relocation and major life transitions. I feel incredibly fortunate to have met so many wonderful clients and to help them find the perfect home or maximize their net proceeds when selling. For me, real estate is all about relationships and building lasting connections that continue well beyond the transaction. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my daughter, a senior at North Carolina State University majoring in marine science, along with our two dogs — a pit bull and a Pomeranian mix who keep us busy and entertained! I love exploring the parks, walking trails, mountains, and beaches throughout North Carolina, as well as cooking, traveling, watching movies, and reading whenever time allows. I am also fluent in Gujarati, which allows me to connect with and serve a broader range of clients and families.

Remember, you don't make your money when you sell your house, you make it when you buy!!!
And finally, there is NO such thing as a once in a lifetime deal...there will always be another one.
