After purchasing investment properties and experiencing the process firsthand, he discovered a genuine passion for real estate and saw an opportunity to combine that interest with something he had always enjoyed: working with people. Before transitioning into real estate, Shiv worked as an engineer, where he developed strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset. Today, he brings those strengths to every transaction, helping buyers and sellers understand their options, navigate challenges, and make confident, informed decisions. As a real estate professional with DASH Carolina, Shiv is focused on building lasting relationships and providing a high level of service while making the buying and selling experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Outside of real estate, Shiv enjoys traveling and experiencing new cultures, staying active through fitness, discovering new movies, improving his cooking skills, and exploring entrepreneurial projects.
