Hi! I’m Shiv. My journey into real estate started from the investing side. After purchasing investment properties and experiencing the process firsthand, I developed a strong passion for real estate and realized I already enjoyed working with people. That passion led me to pursue a career helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals. Working with Dash Carolina has allowed me to provide top-tier service while helping people find the right opportunities and make confident decisions. I enjoy building relationships and making the buying and selling experience less stressful and more fun! Before real estate, I worked as an engineer, which helped develop my problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical approach—skills I now use to help clients make informed decisions throughout the home buying and selling process. Outside of Dash, I enjoy experiencing new cultures through travel, staying active through fitness, watching new movies each week, sharpening my cooking skills, and diving into entrepreneurship projects. I’m always looking for ways to learn, improve, and challenge myself. I’m excited to be part of your home journey, and if you choose Dash Carolina, you’ll be in great hands.
