Hello my name is Sherri Richter. I grew up in the Midwest, attending Indiana University and University of Indianapolis earning degrees in Kinesiology and Physical Therapy. My career in healthcare management gave me a unique insight into sales/marketing and business development. I entered into the real estate industry in 2005 as an investor, flipping homes after remodeling them with my team. This experience gave me the unique ability to understand both the home buyer and investor mindset is what sets her apart from other agents.
In 2018 I moved to the Bay Area of California and started selling real estate full-time. My number one rule is always, treat my clients as I would like to be treated - with integrity, honesty and respect! I work tirelessly to ensure that each and every client has a stress-free and seamless experience.
My team was in the top 1.5 % of the Northern CA/ HI Region and received the Triple Platinum Award in 2022 & 23! I was also the first agent in my brokerage to receive the Diversity Certification- Agent of Distinction in 2022.
Having moved multiple times across the country, I have a deep understanding of the emotions & stress a family goes through during the moving process.
In the Fall of 2023, I moved back east to be closer to family, and now call Clayton, NC home along with my wife Tina and our sweet boxer baby Cooper Brown.
Outside of Real Estate, I love working out, any & all home renovation projects, gardening, and Sports, Sports,Sports......both as a participant and a spectator (Golf anyone)! Of course, enjoying a
glass of Wine with friends.

I entered theReal Estate world to pursue a lifelong passion to help people accomplish their goals, including home ownership.
