Growing up in Tallahassee as the son of a realtor, real estate wasn’t just talk at the dinner table…it was a way of life. After earning a business degree from Emory University (with honors!) in 2001, I started my real estate career in Tallahassee, FL working in rental and house maintenance management, valuing real estate for investments, and flipping properties. After a few years, I eventually moved to Chapel Hill to earn my MBA at UNC in 2006. While getting my MBA, I interned with a 55+ real estate community developer in Atlanta, GA and subsequently grew my career by marketing products, consulting businesses, managing property, and becoming a licensed broker in NC. I’ve been told that I remind folks of Ted Lasso, which I hope is a good thing. I aim to bring a similar optimism for life and focus on building strong relationships while applying my experience flipping homes, expertise valuing real estate, marketing products, and general strategic sensibilities to real estate in the Triangle. When we work together, I’ll help you make buying, selling, managing, and investing in property as fun as a puppy party in Durham’s Central Park.
