I grew up in Michigan and originally worked in marketing before stepping away from my career to raise my two children. When I eventually moved into real estate in 2015, I was drawn to the flexibility, the relationships, and the opportunity to truly help people grow — both personally and professionally. Today, I’m an Operating Partner with DASH Carolina, where I help coach, mentor, and support agents across North Carolina. A big part of what I love about this role is helping agents build confidence, sharpen their skills, and create long-term success in real estate. I still actively sell real estate myself, so I understand the day-to-day realities agents face and the importance of having real support behind you. At DASH, we’re focused on giving agents more than just a place to hang their license. We provide extensive training, coaching, team support, and qualified lead opportunities through programs like Zillow Flex / Zillow Preferred. Whether an agent is brand new or experienced but looking for a better environment, the goal is to help them grow without feeling like they’re doing everything alone. I work with agents throughout the Triangle, Charlotte, the Triad, Wilmington, Asheville, and Fayetteville markets, and one of the things I value most about DASH is the culture. It truly feels like a second family — collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping each other win.
