Reese worked with us for about a year to find our retirement dream home. Along the way we looked at a variety of housing styles and neighborhoods and eventually came up with a very specific set of requirements -- down to neighborhood, bedroom arrangement, garage details, lot requirements, etc. As we waited for the right house to become available, Reese counseled patience and kept us up to date on the local housing market. When our ideal house came for sale, Reese was a skillful negotiator and we were able to make the deal that day! There were a few complexities during our purchase, but he kept us organized and on track through the whole process. I cannot imagine this going any better, Reese is awesome!
