An eighth-generation Western North Carolinian, Patricia Brooks has deep roots in North Carolina and a lifelong appreciation for the people, communities, and lifestyle that make the Carolinas so special. Raised in north Buncombe County, Patricia later spent 35 years in Shelby and the surrounding Cleveland County area, building a successful career in healthcare public relations, marketing, and communications before relocating to Charlotte in 2023. Patricia graduated from University of North Carolina at Asheville with a degree in Business Administration, concentrating in both Marketing and Computer Science. Her extensive background in healthcare communications helped her develop exceptional relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills — all of which now serve her clients throughout their real estate journey. Real estate has always been a passion for Patricia, and she firmly believes every home is the right home at the right price. Known for her patience, diligence, strong communication, and negotiation skills, she is dedicated to helping clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout every step of the buying or selling process. Patricia enjoys working with a wide variety of clients, including first-time homebuyers, relocation clients, investors, growing families, and those preparing to downsize into their next chapter. Her people-first approach and genuine desire to help others allow her to build strong, lasting relationships with both clients and colleagues alike. One of the things Patricia values most about being part of DASH Carolina is the culture of support and collaboration among agents. She especially appreciates the strong bond formed within her Charlotte onboarding group, where encouragement, teamwork, and shared success are truly part of the experience. Outside of real estate, Patricia enjoys live music, meeting new people, reading, learning new things, and spending time near the beach soaking up sunshine and salt air. She also loves exploring some of her favorite local spots around the Charlotte area, including The Amp Ballantyne, U.S. National Whitewater Center, Lake Wylie, and the many restaurants and shops throughout Ballantyne and the Arboretum area. Family remains at the center of Patricia’s life. Her parents and sisters’ families still live in Buncombe County, while her two sons and their families keep her busy with grandchildren, grand-pets, and plenty of family memories stretching from Ohio to North Carolina.
I work on a few simple philosophies:
Every house is the RIGHT house for you at the RIGHT price.
Every house is the WRONG house for you at the WRONG price.
Remember, you don't make your money when you sell your house, you make it when you buy!!!
And finally, there is NO such thing as a once in a lifetime deal...there will always be another one.
My reviews are not from family members 'fluffing' and artificially inflating my ratings....they come from actual clients, all of whom by the end of their transactions I can energetically call friends.
I will work tirelessly for you. Those aren't empty words, I promise. And if we have to visit every house in the state to find the right one for you, then you're probably too picky :)
