Oscar Garcia

Oscar has been around business his entire life. Growing up in a family of business owners, he had the chance to work alongside his parents and relatives from a young age — watching and learning firsthand what it takes to start and run a successful company. From handling day-to-day hard labor tasks to understanding the ins and outs of negotiation and customer service, those early experiences shaped Oscar into someone who knows the value of being dependable and always doing right by people. One thing that came naturally from growing up in that environment was learning how to communicate and connect with people of all ages. Whether Oscar was helping a longtime customer, assisting someone new, or working alongside adults as a kid, Oscar learned early on how to communicate clearly, and build trust with anyone he came across. Later on, Oscar found himself working in the healthcare industry, which taught him something just as important: how to guide and support people through meaningful moments. Oscar learned the power of patience, clear communication, and, most importantly, genuine care. All of those lessons naturally led Oscar into real estate. He approaches every client relationship with the mindset of a problem-solver. Oscar’s goal is to make sure your buying, selling, or investing experience is smooth, and clear from start to finish. Being bilingual in English and Spanish also gives Oscar the ability to communicate comfortably and confidently with a wide range of clients, making sure you always feel understood and supported. Outside of real estate, family is everything to him. Oscar is a proud brother of three amazing sisters, and he loves spending time making memories with them — whether it’s traveling, finding new places to explore, or just enjoying the little things in life.

Remember, you don't make your money when you sell your house, you make it when you buy!!!
And finally, there is NO such thing as a once in a lifetime deal...there will always be another one.
