As a lifelong Greensboro resident, Olga brings more than local knowledge to real estate. She has a genuine connection to the Triad and an understanding of the neighborhoods, communities, and growth that have shaped the area over the years. Her knowledge of homes began early. Growing up with a father who was a licensed general contractor gave Olga firsthand exposure to construction and taught her to look beyond the surface of a property. That experience developed an eye for details that continues to serve her and her clients today. Olga also brings more than 30 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in the private sector. Her career was built on precision, organization, communication, and navigating complex situations, all skills that translate naturally into real estate. She understands the importance of contracts, deadlines, details, and ensuring clients have the information they need to make confident decisions. Known throughout her life as the person others turn to for answers and support, Olga brings that same dependability to every client relationship. Whether helping someone purchase their first home, sell a longtime family property, or prepare for a new chapter, she approaches each experience with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. Outside of real estate, Olga enjoys Saturday mornings at local farmers markets, gardening and finding unique flowers to add to her yard. She loves spending time with her grandsons and cooking new dishes with her daughter, who is also her favorite partner for the occasional estate sale, especially when they both spot the same treasure at the same time. One of Olga's favorite Greensboro traditions is NC A&T State University's annual Greatest Homecoming on Earth, better known as GHOE. For her, the weekend is another reminder of what makes Greensboro special: community, tradition, and thousands of friends returning from near and far to celebrate together. For Olga, real estate isn't simply about reaching the closing table. It's about people, community, and helping clients confidently begin their next chapter in a place she is proud to call home.
I work on a few simple philosophies:
Every house is the RIGHT house for you at the RIGHT price.
Every house is the WRONG house for you at the WRONG price.
Remember, you don't make your money when you sell your house, you make it when you buy!!!
And finally, there is NO such thing as a once in a lifetime deal...there will always be another one.
My reviews are not from family members 'fluffing' and artificially inflating my ratings....they come from actual clients, all of whom by the end of their transactions I can energetically call friends.
I will work tirelessly for you. Those aren't empty words, I promise. And if we have to visit every house in the state to find the right one for you, then you're probably too picky :)
