I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mr. Randy Young. Not only is he experienced and professional, but he truly cares about his clients. Randy was great to work with! He helped my wife and I purchase a home and sell our old home! We had some struggles through the year due to the pandemic. Also, trying to work out financial situations. He was ultra responsive wether 9am or 10pm on a Sunday. He wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty, venturing into the crawl spaces and attics to search for red flags. And while most homes today are selling for significantly more than asking prices, he was able to help us negotiate a sale prices that was 10% below asking. Most importantly, we just really enjoyed our time working with Randy. It's clear Randy loves his work, and we would recommend him to anyone looking for their first or next home.

Me and my wife moved to North Carolina from New Jersey. We were recommended from a friend and were blown away by our experience. Randy Young by far is the most knowledgeable and helpful realtor we've ever dealt with. He was very quick to understand things that we liked and things that we didn't like in a home. We received listing emails from him on a daily basis during the entire process. He went above and beyond to provide us excellent customer service and even helped us navigate North Carolina while we were in our apartment, looking for our home. He recommended some great eateries, points of interest, as well as some of the North Carolina culture that we were not used to. He is a delightful gentleman and a family man. He recommended a great general contractor for some of the minor repairs our home needs, as well as information about the area we live in. If you need a go to Pro in his field, Randy Young is the only way to go. I just bought a house and Randy is not afraid to get his hands dirty. He will literally craw in the dirt to make sure the house you are interested in is everything you want and need. I have bought two houses now with his help and he goes so far and above what anyone would expect.
