After 22 years, I left a successful management career in hospitality to pursue my dream of working in real estate full-time. As a Hotelier, every decision I made was made in effort to provide exceptional service and keep guests and associates safe. Constantly doing room and building inspections, gave me a keen eye for spotting structural deficiencies and evidence of failure to major systems like HVAC and plumbing. That commitment not only exceeded profits for my owners, it also opened up several opportunities for my team. As a broker, my spirit of hospitality will always remain at heart. Nothing means more to me than making sure my clients are comfortable and informed throughout every step of the buying and selling process. My ultimate goal is to make sure you feel great about the decision you’ve made, and you continue to enjoy the benefits of ownership for years to come.
Working in both Raleigh and Durham for several years, and living in Fuquay-Varina for the last 10 years, I know the Triangle area well. It’s an area that's continuing to thrive, and although it’s known for its rich culture, nature and famous barbeque, it’s also known for its excellent real estate opportunities. For this reason, my wife and I moved here in 2012 from Virginia Beach, Virginia in pursuit of buying our first home. It was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made, because in 2016 we upgraded into a new construction, and then upgraded into another new construction in 2021. Our personal experience and growth gave me a passion for real estate, and now I devote 100% of my professional time helping others find their perfect home or investment property.
When I’m not working, I’m enjoying life with my beautiful wife, our daughter and son, and our three dogs. If we’re not at the neighborhood pool, or driving our jeeps on Carolina Beach, we’re probably cheering our kids on as they play sports.
