Lanaysia is a South Carolina girl but calls North Carolina home. She grew up with back roads and a big family! She enjoys volunteer work, dancing and being the world's best auntie. She's been called a car and sports enthusiast, but she loves cooking and traveling. Her favorite vacation spot is a sandy beach but when she escapes to her parents' home in South Carolina, you can find her reading on the back porch and allowing the nearby stream and birds to serenade her to sleep. Her North Carolina family includes her significant other, her energetic fur child, and a wonderful group of sister-friends. A 2020 Exercise Sports Science graduate of North Carolina Central University, Lanaysia has fully put down roots in the Raleigh-Durham area. She loves it here and is focused on helping clients find their happy place here as well. She is a third generation real estate professional.
