Hello! I am Kristina Sitdikov. I am from Russia and moved to the USA 8 years ago with my husband. We have two beautiful children together and three dogs! We love our family, lake life
and Jesus.
All these years we lived in Charlotte. We have been in Taylorsville and Matthews and now we live in Lake Norman - Cornelius for the last 5 years. We have friends all over, so I have a good experience of country life in a rural area as well as a busy life closer to uptown of Charlotte. This is a very useful experience that helps me serve my clients the best way.
I am very into home renovations and I did renovate a couple houses inside and outside. That is another treasure of knowledge that I may use to be more helpful for my clients.
I can speak two languages - Russian and English, fluently.
I have Senior Real estate Designation so I can better serve my senior clients. I got inspired by this because my family adopted a senior couple - we are very good friends and we are like family to each other. They are getting older and their needs are changing and I am happy that my extra knowledge will be useful for them!
In the past, when we were in Russia, I had finished 5 years for university of economics, and specialized in restaurant business and food industry. I had a great experience in the confectionery business and catering business. I used to manage these two types of business. As well we had a bakery and coffee shop with alternative bruins methods and we had our own roastery for coffee beans. All this builds a strong core of knowledge on how to work in a team, be flexible and to be hardy - absolutely important in any kind of business. My family recently went through a very tough time. Not to mention that moving to a new country is very hard as we did it about eight years ago with two suitcases and $10,000.00 on hand. We spent this money to have our first child and then we worked very hard to achieve a better life.
Our family survived the arson in our own house, in the middle of the night in November 2022...We all could die if only we would say 5 more minutes in a house, but thank God the help was sent on time. The police officer saved our lives! Those were tough times for our family but we did not lose heart. Instead we work harder. I got my real estate education completed and dived in the world of Real Estate. I was inspired by my belief that my experience could empower me to assist people in achieving their dreams and finding greater happiness.
