I am a true Asheville local—I’ve proudly lived here for over half my lifetime and raised my two children right here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Though I grew up on Long Island, my New York state of mind is still strong, blended beautifully with Southern charm. (You can be the judge of that when we meet!) My journey here began after graduating from art school when a professor mentioned Asheville's vibrant scene. We fell instantly in love with the area, and I became a craftsperson, exhibiting with the River Arts District and the Southern Highland Craft Guild. My professional foundation is as unique as this town, rooted in small business and community leadership. As an entrepreneur running my own craft business, I strengthened my marketing and communication skills. This role also included organizing multiple art shows and fundraisers, which have successfully raised over $40,000 for women's health. Furthermore, my 14 years as a dedicated PTA mom involved managing complex, high-stakes community events, including coordinating a huge Harlem Wizards basketball game that took place at UNCA’s arena. This event planning is directly applicable to real estate. Both require the same meticulous attention to detail. In real estate that means: lining up inspections, negotiating repairs, meeting deadlines, staying organized, and communicating with all parties (lenders, attorneys, contractors). My role as your fiercest advocate is to handle all the nitty-gritty and gather the data, providing you with the facts and support needed to make the best decision. The feeling of handing over keys is the same great grand finale I strive for after a successful event. Whether this is an exciting time or a difficult decision, I am here to partner with you. My commitment is to leverage thorough research and local market insight for your successful sale or purchase. I work on a few simple philosophies:
Every house is the RIGHT house for you at the RIGHT price.
Every house is the WRONG house for you at the WRONG price.
Remember, you don't make your money when you sell your house, you make it when you buy!!!
And finally, there is NO such thing as a once in a lifetime deal...there will always be another one.
My reviews are not from family members 'fluffing' and artificially inflating my ratings....they come from actual clients, all of whom by the end of their transactions I can energetically call friends.
I will work tirelessly for you. Those aren't empty words, I promise. And if we have to visit every house in the state to find the right one for you, then you're probably too picky :)

I'm excited to get to know you!
