Kristi has built her career around helping people navigate important decisions, strengthening communities, and creating meaningful results. With a background in Public Health and more than five years of leadership in clinical and social research at UNC Chapel Hill, she brings a unique combination of analytical thinking, organization, communication, and genuine care for others to her career in real estate. During her time at UNC, Kristi helped grow programs, develop strong community relationships, secure multiple federal grants, and expand the patient population more than threefold. That experience taught her how to listen carefully, manage complex processes, advocate for others, and remain focused on the details, skills that translate naturally into guiding clients through a successful real estate transaction. Kristi's understanding of home also comes from personal experience. As a military wife, mother of three grown children, and proud grandmother, she knows that finding the right home is about much more than an address. With her husband serving as a reservist at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base and years of experience traveling and relocating with the military, Kristi understands the challenges of moving, adjusting to a new community, and finding a place that truly feels like home. Whether helping a first-time buyer, a family preparing for their next chapter, a military or relocating client, or a homeowner ready to sell, Kristi is committed to providing knowledgeable guidance, clear communication, and personalized support throughout the process. For Kristi, real estate is another opportunity to do what she has always done best: serve others with integrity, build meaningful relationships, and help people move confidently toward what's next.
I work on a few simple philosophies:
Every house is the RIGHT house for you at the RIGHT price.
Every house is the WRONG house for you at the WRONG price.
Remember, you don't make your money when you sell your house, you make it when you buy!!!
And finally, there is NO such thing as a once in a lifetime deal...there will always be another one.
My reviews are not from family members 'fluffing' and artificially inflating my ratings....they come from actual clients, all of whom by the end of their transactions I can energetically call friends.
I will work tirelessly for you. Those aren't empty words, I promise. And if we have to visit every house in the state to find the right one for you, then you're probably too picky :)
