Originally from New Hampshire, just outside of Boston, Jaime made the move into real estate after realizing she wanted more flexibility, freedom, and the opportunity to build a career centered around helping people. After years of balancing the fast pace of work and family life, she decided to pursue something she had always genuinely loved — homes, design, and real estate. Before becoming an agent, Jaime worked for a home staging company, an experience that deepened her passion for the industry and ultimately inspired her to earn her real estate license. Known for being honest, approachable, hardworking, and easy to talk to, Jaime is committed to making the real estate process feel comfortable for every client she works with. She prides herself on being accommodating to her clients’ schedules and going above and beyond to help clients feel informed and confident throughout the process. Her philosophy is simple: tell the truth, find the answers, and genuinely care about helping people find a home they truly love. Jaime especially enjoys helping first-time homebuyers and older clients, though she loves working with people from all walks of life. Whether guiding someone through their very first purchase or helping a family navigate a major life transition, she approaches every transaction with patience, honesty, and a strong commitment to her clients’ happiness. When she’s not working, Jaime enjoys relaxing by the pool, spending time at the beach, walking her dog Zoe — an adopted beagle/boxer mix — cheering on her kids at sporting events, trying local restaurants, and listening to audiobooks in the car. She and her husband have been married for more than 20 years and are proud parents to a son attending Appalachian State University and a daughter currently in high school. A fun fact about Jaime? She once met the famous “Time to make the donuts” actor from the classic Dunkin' commercials. One of her favorite local spots is Artisan Beer and Cheese in Rolesville— proof that a great sandwich can absolutely make your day better.
I work on a few simple philosophies:
Every house is the RIGHT house for you at the RIGHT price.
Every house is the WRONG house for you at the WRONG price.
Remember, you don't make your money when you sell your house, you make it when you buy!!!
And finally, there is NO such thing as a once in a lifetime deal...there will always be another one.
My reviews are not from family members 'fluffing' and artificially inflating my ratings....they come from actual clients, all of whom by the end of their transactions I can energetically call friends.
I will work tirelessly for you. Those aren't empty words, I promise. And if we have to visit every house in the state to find the right one for you, then you're probably too picky :)
