Hello! I’m Gayathri Kosanam Madhaiyan, and my family and I have proudly called Cary, North Carolina home for the past 11 years. Before settling here, we lived in Illinois and Texas, so I understand what it’s like to relocate and find that perfect place to call home. I earned my postgraduate degree in Business Administration and gained a few years of experience working in a software recruitment firm before moving to America. I’ve always enjoyed connecting with people and helping them reach their goals. When my children grew older, I decided to start a new chapter — one that blends my love for people, homes, and this beautiful state NC. That’s how I discovered my passion for real estate. As an agent, my goal is simple, to make your real estate experience feel confident, stress-free, and even exciting. I believe every client deserves honesty, clear communication, and someone who truly listens — and that’s exactly what you’ll get when you work with me. Outside of work, I enjoy volunteering, DIY art projects, embroidery, painting, and cooking for family and friends. Creativity, care, and attention to detail are part of who I am — and I bring that same energy into every client relationship. I’d love to chat and help you find your perfect home here in Raleigh, Cary, Morrisville, Apex and surrounding areas. Let’s turn your next move into something memorable — together.
I work on a few simple philosophies:
Every house is the RIGHT house for you at the RIGHT price.
Every house is the WRONG house for you at the WRONG price.
Remember, you don't make your money when you sell your house, you make it when you buy!!!
And finally, there is NO such thing as a once in a lifetime deal...there will always be another one.
My reviews are not from family members 'fluffing' and artificially inflating my ratings....they come from actual clients, all of whom by the end of their transactions I can energetically call friends.
I will work tirelessly for you. Those aren't empty words, I promise. And if we have to visit every house in the state to find the right one for you, then you're probably too picky :)
