Erin Blackman

Born and raised in Charlotte, Erin brings years of real estate experience, strong market knowledge, and a relationship-focused approach to every client she serves. Since beginning her real estate career in 2017, she has built a reputation for being responsive, dependable, and committed to making the buying and selling process feel smooth and well-guided from start to finish. One of the things clients compliment Erin on most is her communication and responsiveness. She understands how important it is for clients to feel informed and supported throughout every stage of a transaction, and she works hard to ensure questions and concerns are addressed quickly and thoroughly. Erin especially enjoys helping relocation clients transition into new communities and navigate unfamiliar markets with confidence. Having personally lived and worked in multiple regions across North Carolina, she understands firsthand the challenges and emotions that can come with moving. She began her real estate career in Charlotte before relocating to Fayetteville while her husband was stationed at Fort Bragg, where she continued selling real estate for two years. Later, her family moved to Chapel Hill while her husband pursued his master’s degree, and she has continued serving clients throughout the Triangle ever since. Today, Erin works across the Charlotte area, the Triad, and the Triangle, giving her a unique understanding of multiple North Carolina markets and communities. Outside of real estate, Erin enjoys cheering on the Carolina Panthers, reading, and keeping up with The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. She and her husband have two children and a German Shepherd named Luna who keeps life active and entertaining. Whether helping first-time buyers, relocation clients, or growing families, Erin is passionate about creating a real estate experience built on trust, communication, and genuine care for the people she serves.
