Before relocating to the United States, Elena worked as a legal adviser for a major nonprofit organization in Russia that helped develop communities through sports and recreation, including the construction of more than 150 soccer fields and five stadiums across the country. After moving to the U.S., Elena worked within the research department of a library before launching her own consulting business in 2021.
