She understood what I was looking for and also went above and beyond ensuring I felt comfortable with the process, answered questions, was timely in her responses and overall comes across as a genuine person who wants to help you find the best home that fits your needs. I will definitely work with her again! She went as far as getting her hubby involved to help me with understanding the cost behind some repairs needed and what I could do about finding local contractors, etc. FIVE STARS :)

Going into the home buying process, my boyfriend and I were pretty clueless and unaware of how everything *truly* worked. Deanna was patient, informative, personable, and SO helpful in teaching us exactly how the process worked! With us moving from out of state, she went out of her way to do many virtual tours for houses that we weren’t able to physically see in person (no matter the time of day). She even let me parents do walk-throughs with her when we couldn’t attend. She goes above and beyond for her clients! You could tell she truly wanted the best for us and made sure we didn’t settle for just any house. We love our new home!?? We would highly recommend Deanna Lauer to anyone who is looking to buy a home. She’s the best!

When Chad and I started our house buying adventure, we actually were randomly placed with Deanna Lauer from Dash Carolina upon her responding to a showing request. When we met her for the first house we looked at, she was so friendly right up front and not only helped us look over the house and property as a realtor, but also as if this was personal to her and she really wanted to make sure we saw things that could be missed. We decided not to purchase that first house but were absolutely certain Deanna was who we wanted to work with to find our house, and over the next month she was so AMAZING to work with and patient with us and in the end helped us find our first home- and has continued to be part of our homeowner journey. We have already sent friends her way to work with as well and will continue to do so. Deanna was amazing to work with and we were so lucky to have her as our realtor.
