After a successful 30-year career in retail management with companies including Walmart, Babies "R" Us, and Big Lots, Chris made the decision in late 2023 to pursue a new path in real estate — one centered around his passion for helping people and building meaningful relationships. Throughout his career, Chris developed exceptional leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills, all of which now serve his clients throughout every stage of the real estate process. He especially enjoys helping first-time homebuyers navigate the journey to homeownership and loves the moment when clients realize they’ve found “the one.” As a lifelong resident of the North Carolina Triad, Chris brings valuable local market knowledge and a deep understanding of the communities he serves. His approachable personality, patience, and commitment to putting clients first help create a smooth and supportive experience from start to finish. Outside of real estate, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, relaxing at the beach — any beach will do — and cheering on his favorite sports teams, including the New York Yankees, Carolina Panthers, and Carolina Hurricanes. He also admits to being a fan of the North Carolina Tar Heels men's basketball — even if that might occasionally cost him a little business rivalry around North Carolina. One of Chris’s favorite fun facts is discovering through his wife’s genealogy research that he is a sixteen-times-removed direct cousin of William Shakespeare. Chris believes real estate is ultimately about helping people feel confident, supported, and excited about the next chapter of their lives.
I work on a few simple philosophies:
Every house is the RIGHT house for you at the RIGHT price.
Every house is the WRONG house for you at the WRONG price.
Remember, you don't make your money when you sell your house, you make it when you buy!!!
And finally, there is NO such thing as a once in a lifetime deal...there will always be another one.
My reviews are not from family members 'fluffing' and artificially inflating my ratings....they come from actual clients, all of whom by the end of their transactions I can energetically call friends.
I will work tirelessly for you. Those aren't empty words, I promise. And if we have to visit every house in the state to find the right one for you, then you're probably too picky :)
