Cherlisa is a wife, proud mother of four amazing daughters, retired 22-year Army veteran, lifelong military brat, North Carolina Realtor®, MRP Certified (Military Relocation Professional), North Carolina Notary Public, and a certified North Carolina USATF Official. Growing up in a military family and serving for over two decades gave her firsthand experience with relocation, PCS moves, and the challenges that come with major life transitions. Her military career began as a Military Police Officer, where she served for 7 years before transitioning into Air Traffic Control, serving another 15 years before retiring after 22 years of service. Throughout her career, she held many roles, but one of the most meaningful, outside of leadership, was serving as the XVIII Airborne Corps Lead Sexual Assault Response Coordinator at Fort Bragg, where she advocated for and supported others during some of life's most difficult moments. She is also a proud Paratrooper... despite being afraid of heights. That experience taught her something she carries with her daily: Courage isn't the absence of fear; it's moving forward anyway. Today, Cherlisa brings those same values—service, resilience, compassion, leadership, and commitment—into real estate. She proudly helps military families, veterans, and all buyers navigate the home-buying journey with patience, strategy, and care.
