Real Estate is not only Chelsea’s career but also her passion! She has over 15 years of experience as a Realtor in the Triangle area. She genuinely loves helping people with their real estate needs, whether it’s buying, selling, investing, or relocating! Chelsea started her career on-site with a builder, so she has extensive knowledge of new construction for clients who choose to buy new. She also enjoys working with first-time homebuyers and guiding them through what can otherwise be a scary process. Customer service is her priority, and she strives to make sure her clients have a fun, stress-free experience! Originally from Vermont, she also spent time growing up in Florida and New Jersey before finding her way to North Carolina while attending East Carolina University. When she’s not working, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. She loves traveling, being on the water, fishing, and anything outdoors! She is also a huge Carolina Hurricanes hockey fan!
