Hi! My name is Casey Ferguson. I’m a relatively new Raleigh resident. I was born and raised in Greensboro, NC. I graduated from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2018. After graduation, I worked at a mid size corporate company till April of 2020. When the pandemic hit, I knew it was now or never to finally follow my dreams, so I decided during that shift in my life to pursue a career in Real Estate. I started my career as a Closing Coordinator where I oversaw the behind the scenes elements of all things real estate, while also going to school to obtain my real estate license. In the fall of 2020, my longterm boyfriend Ben and I decided to move to Raleigh for a fresh start in this new career. I passed my real estate exam on Oct 18th, 2020 and had my first deal under contract by Mid-December 2020. From there, my career has expanded in ways I never thought possible. I closed an average of 6 million in sales my first two years in the business. I have learned a lot in my short few years in the real estate world and I have felt tremendous growth since my first transaction back in 2020. Having just helped my first repeat client, I am honored I get to pursue a career that allows me to express my true calling. My passion for marketing, connecting and being both an advocate/cheerleader for my clients is why I love real estate and why I hope to make this my lifelong career. I hope I can help as many families as possible achieve their homeownership dreams.
While real estate is a huge passion of mine, I firmly believe in a life by design. Meaning I can work hard and enjoy the awesomeness of my life. I love hanging out with my boyfriend Ben and sweet doggie Jax in my spare time. I also love traveling and going on vacations with my Mom; we recently had a girls weekend in Chicago where I got to see where she grew up and visit my brother. And I’ve had the same best friends since the first grade. Those girls are as close to me as family. My family and friends mean a lot to me, so if I’m not showing houses, I am most likely enjoying my life with the people who mean the most to me.
