Britton was simply outstanding to work with. The single best thing about Britton was his communication. He stayed in constant communication with us throughout the process of selling our home as well as buying a new home and checked in frequently to ensure we were comfortable with everything that he shared. He genuinely cared about us and took the time to answer all of our questions, as basic as they may have been. Britton made our first home-buying experience great. He answered all our questions, was extremely professional, and helped us with each detail until all the papers were signed. We had no idea what we were in for, but I was so pleasantly surprised when we actually had a lot of fun through the process. I hope I don't need to buy another home for a while, but when we do we will definitely call Britton.

I cannot recommend Britton Brown enough, give him all the stars. Trying to buy a house from across the country in a state you've never been to is not exactly a stress-free adventure, but Britton not only helped us to feel confident in our choices, but honestly made the whole process rather enjoyable. Knowing we're new to the area, he gave us detailed explanations of what to expect as a buyer and how particular details of a house from unpermitted renovations to vapor barriers to popped window seals could affect us long term. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, detail oriented, and most of all, patient. After viewing 60+ houses, he was still committed to finding us the right house and not try to rush us to a decision, even if it meant he had to explore more crawl spaces. He would always highlight the positives of a house, as well as note concerns and their corresponding safety and monetary impacts, which we found to be incredibly helpful when weighing our options. Britton is exceptionally accommodating, videoing every aspect of a house when zoom connections waivered and quick to schedule a viewing or pen an offer. He remembered every like/dislike we had for a house, space needed for the specific cars we drove, our need-to-have items, and would be sure to call those features out at the next showing as though we were his only clients. I have absolutely no idea how he manages it all. Honestly, it's bittersweet we've found the house, we'll genuinely miss our zoom calls with Britton. Clearly, we're really fond of him, but hard not to be when you work with someone of his skill, integrity and charisma. Can't say enough good things about working with Britton Brown, just glad zillow matched us up!
