During that time, Areatha guided individuals and families through every stage of the homeownership journey, earning certifications in First-Time Homebuyer Education, Foreclosure Prevention, Financial Literacy, and Post-Purchase Homebuyer Education. That experience provided her with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities buyers face, allowing her to educate and empower clients as they make informed real estate decisions.
