Extraordinary experience working with Angela; I genuinely can’t say enough about it. Angela learned what we were looking for in a house and was able to make recommendations quickly, she was very flexible with our schedule, especially conscientious of our little guy’s nap time. She walked us through all pieces of the process and getting us acquainted with the local market. It really was a pleasure and we had a lot of fun in spite of an extremely competitive market!

I am incredibly thankful to have come across Angela Hill with Dash Carolina Real Estate via a connection through Zillow. From the moment I met Angela, I knew she was someone that was going to listen and offer helpful advice every step of the way. We worked with Angela Hill at DASH and had a TERRIFIC experience! My wife and I are from NYC and were looking to purchase a home in the Raleigh area. The entire process of looking for our home was handled remotely, and Angela acted as our local ""boots on the ground"". Angela visited several properties on our behalf via FaceTime. We were especially impressed that Angela would ""roll up her sleeves"" and show us all areas of the houses, even the undesirable areas. She would literally get into the crawl spaces, attic areas, etc. to show us the ""important / back-of-house"" areas of the homes rather than just the ""living spaces"". Because of Angela's hands-on approach coupled with the backing of her company, she was always able to quickly provide us with the relevant valuable information, drawings, comps, etc. to quickly guide our decision-making process (from NYC). We truly appreciated Angela's hands on approach and that she was always readily available to address our questions and concerns. She was sensitive to our situation of looking for a home site-unseen. Long-story short, we found our home and went under contract in less than 3 weeks. Given the current demand and craziness of the Raleigh real estate market, this is a miracle in itself. Be careful what you wish for when it comes to real estate, because if you tell Angela Hill, she can make it happen! When we first spoke, I was cautious about my chances of finding a house at all. But Angela said, “We will get you a house!” and she absolutely did—in just a few weeks. After filling out an interest form on the DASH Carolina website, Angela called me right away. We spent some time on that phone call. I told her all my ideas, and what I was looking for in a house. I never had to repeat myself- it felt like Angela was always interested in the exact kind of property I wanted. Within a day or two, we were off seeing houses, rain or shine, all over the Triangle. During this period of house-hunting, I never had to see house listings that didn’t fit my wishes. Angela set up emails specifically for the type of house and location I wanted, and she also sent listings directly to me when she thought they really checked all the boxes. Angela really shined during this phase of house-shopping too- she struck a great balance between listening to my thoughts, while filling me in on information I had not even considered. She knows a lot about properties! And when she didn’t know something, she always knew the right person to ask. This search phase took a few weeks, about a month. We saw plenty of houses, and several times we were there early in the morning on the first day of showings. Because Angela had explained what goes into an offer very well, and because of the detailed reports she had compiled, we were able to get good offers sent in a timely manner. We did lose two properties during this time, but we kept at it. Then we saw a house I really wanted. Angela suggested checking out a few strong competitors (arguably better houses, depending on what you’re looking for), and when I could only think about the “diamond in the rough” house, we stopped looking and put in an offer. By making a quick trip to look at those other houses, Angela helped me be decisive about the house I really wanted. After a weekend of back-and-forth with the listing agent, and great advice from Angela, our offer was accepted! Once the offer was accepted, everything was just like clockwork. Day 1: Inspection and closing were scheduled. Interest rate was locked in. Insurance quotes received. Checks delivered. Everything else fell into place after that, just as scheduled. Thirty-five days after first seeing the property, closing was finished, and I had the keys! To recap: Thanks to Angela’s help, I was able to get a house 1) that I love, 2) under my budget, 3) under list price, 4) that appraised well, 5) in about a month or two, 6) in this crazy market! You really can’t beat that. Since closing, Angela has been checking in on how everything is going with the house. It’s great to send her updates and chat about some changes I’m making to the place. If I ever need to sell or buy a house again, I know who I’m calling!

I cannot say enough about Angela. Let me start with a bit of backstory so you get a better understanding of why I am so grateful for having Met Angela and for having the privilege to work with her. I don’t have the best financial track record. My young adult life was filled with poor financial decisions and even worse spending habits. So I was already feeling insecure about this life altering decision to buy a house. I spoke with an agent at a different company and was immediately disheartened when they told me that my husband I needed a certain amount of liquid cash to stay competitive in this housing market. An amount that my husband and I didn’t feel comfortable with. I got off that call and immediately started crying. Our chances of ever being homeowners vanished right before my very eyes. My husband, however was not discouraged. He said, “Well let’s talk to another agent and see what they have to say.” DASH was referred to us by one of my coworkers so I took a chance and put in a general inquiry on their website. It was a Sunday so I didn’t expect to receive a phone call. But sure enough I get a call from Angela. From the first moment we spoke she was transparent with everything she knew. She had positive energy, didn't sugar coat, and didn’t make us feel like our itty bitty savings wasn’t enough to cut it in this market. She was resilient, relentless, and responsive and not to mention totally transparent. There wasn’t a single question we asked that we felt was too dumb. She explained the home buying process to us in a way that made us feel more at ease, and more determined than ever to find our first home. We traveled to AT LEAST 7 different towns surrounding Durham and was so incredibly patient. If you know the area, a lot of places are at least 30 minutes out. She didn’t wax poetic about the homes, but rather, gave us realistic expectations. And when we found that one home that gave me goosebumps and truly felt like it was meant to be? Angela was there. The proof is in the pudding because I fully expected to be on the hunt for a house for no less than 6 months and to see tens if not a hundred houses and Angela got us into our house in less than two. Our first phone call was March 6 and we closed on April 29th. She validated every one of my concerns and put me at ease when she reminded me that things workout the way they’re supposed to. I cannot express how deeply grateful Matt and I are to have found Angela and for all the hard work she put into making this experience as easy as it possibly could have. Now Matt and I get to spend our first wedding anniversary in our very first home! Thank you Angela for helping make our dreams come true!

We initially reached out to Angela through a Zillow listing for a property we were interested in purchasing. We were in the process of moving to North Carolina from out of state so our home search occurred remotely. We did not know Angela previously nor did we have any referrals for her. Right of the bat, we were very impressed with Angela Hill as she went out of her way to accommodate our situation. For the initial listing, she went out to the property and then Face Timed with us to show us the property. She didn't just show us the inside of the "livable spaces" of the property but took the time to show us in detail all aspects of the property including within the crawl space, the attic, the exterior conditions, etc. This thoroughness and level of attention to detail was crucial in providing us with valuable information to make informed decisions, esp. since we were searching and planning to purchase a new home remotely. It is also one of the reasons we knew that Angela would be the right realtor for us moving forward. Angela is a consummate professional and overall just a very pleasant person to work with. She was very responsive throughout our entire search process with her and always followed up in a timely manner. Despite the crazy housing market in Raleigh at the time, we were ultimately able to secure a new home with Angela's help along the way. I met Angela through Zillow and while at first I was skeptical since I wasn’t referred by friends/family/etc., it turned out to be a huge blessing for my family and me!
