Daniel was born in Hartford, CT, but was raised in Fort Mill, SC, and the surrounding areas. Even though he loves to travel and has lived in a few different places like Washington, DC, Baltimore, MD, Houston, TX, and a few other places, York County, South Carolina, is home. He is very familiar with the area and surrounding communities and really enjoys helping people. His background has been in mortgage lending and mortgage default, and using all of his knowledge has truly helped him educate clients on purchasing and what happens after. His goal is to help clients buy and sell and make the best deal while making sure they look at everything and understand everything every step of the way.

Remember, you don't make your money when you sell your house, you make it when you buy!!!
And finally, there is NO such thing as a once in a lifetime deal...there will always be another one.
