As VP of Finance at DASH, I own the financial side of the business — comp plans, splits, agent payouts, the whole engine. My job is making sure the math behind being a DASH agent actually pencils out. I still hold my NC real estate license and stay close to the agent side of the house, so when teammates want a sounding board on a deal or a tricky transaction, my door is open.
