My name is Silvia Alvarez. I was born in Mexico but raised in a very small town called Spencer, NC. I am a mother to three amazing kiddos namely, Aaron, Grace and Abby. In 2016, I moved from Charlotte to Raleigh, NC to be closer to my mother and siblings. In February 2016, I began working as a legal assistant at a downtown firm. Over the years my position grew from legal assistant to a paralegal within the criminal defense and family law field interchangeably. Needless to say, my position as a paralegal has given me the tools to listen and care about people during their difficult times. I have learned to be compassionate and understanding to the delicate situation of each case. As I decided to make this pivot into real estate and have learned DASH’s way and mantra, it seems that our mindset when it comes to caring for people and putting their needs above our own, are very much alike. I am here to assist any person that is ready to list their property or buy one.

Every house is the WRONG house for you at the WRONG price.
Remember, you don't make your money when you sell your house, you make it when you buy!!!
And finally, there is NO such thing as a once in a lifetime deal...there will always be another one.
