Outside of real estate, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife of more than 10 years and their young daughter. He is an avid sports fan and loves staying active through golf, basketball, pickleball, and just about any friendly competition. A lover of music, especially the sounds of the 70s and 80s, Eric can often be found cheering on the Carolina Panthers, Charlotte Hornets, UNC Tar Heels, Ohio State Buckeyes, and Atlanta Braves.
