Born and raised in Haywood County, Megan is proud to call Western North Carolina home. Growing up, she spent countless hours on construction sites alongside her Dad, which gave her an early appreciation for homes, craftsmanship, and the value of doing things the right way. Real estate felt like a natural fit — combining her passion for helping people with her appreciation for design and beautiful homes. Before returning to the mountains, Megan spent over five years working in the Raleigh real estate market, helping buyers and sellers navigate every stage of the process. Now based in the Asheville area, she's excited to bring that experience home and help clients throughout Western North Carolina. Clients often describe Megan as friendly, professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. She especially loves helping first-time buyers and sellers navigate the process with confidence and clarity. Buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming. She believes having an agent who is honest, approachable, and truly looking out for your best interests makes all the difference. One thing that sets Megan apart is that she's not a “salesy” agent. In fact, she's known for talking clients out of homes when she spots issues or red flags that could create problems down the road. She will always prioritize protecting her clients over making a sale, and she believes trust is the foundation of every successful real estate relationship. Outside of real estate, Megan loves spending time outdoors, especially on the Parkway or in Pisgah National Forest. She's also a big reader, loves to travel, and will never turn down a night of trashy Reality TV. Her husband is a firefighter, and they share their home with two Golden Retrievers and a cat. One of Megan's biggest personal goals is to visit every national park in the United States. Whether you're buying your first home, selling your current property, or relocating to Western North Carolina, Megan is committed to making the process feel straightforward, informed, and low-pressure from start to finish. She proudly serves buyers and sellers throughout Asheville and the surrounding mountain communities, including Waynesville, Canton, Clyde, and Candler, helping clients find homes and neighborhoods that fit their lifestyle and long-term goals.
I work on a few simple philosophies:
Every house is the RIGHT house for you at the RIGHT price.
Every house is the WRONG house for you at the WRONG price.
Remember, you don't make your money when you sell your house, you make it when you buy!!!
And finally, there is NO such thing as a once in a lifetime deal...there will always be another one.
My reviews are not from family members 'fluffing' and artificially inflating my ratings....they come from actual clients, all of whom by the end of their transactions I can energetically call friends.
I will work tirelessly for you. Those aren't empty words, I promise. And if we have to visit every house in the state to find the right one for you, then you're probably too picky :)
