Away from real estate, my passions are golf and soccer. I spend my free time with my dog and my wife. I love supporting my wife as she develops as a softball coach. Realtor 2.0. I take pride in not specializing in any particular facet or area of real estate. I have spent the last few years building a strong knowledge base of every property type and every town in the Triangle area. I feel confident that I can provide my client with the same level of expertise and guidance regardless of the type of property you are looking to buy/sell, the location, and how you are planning to purchase the property. My first home buying experience was a nightmare. It's part of the reason I chose this business: I wanted to make other people's experiences better. I love the opportunity to work with first-time homebuyers and people who have recently moved into our area. I love the opportunity to show you all the amazing parts of the Triangle and guide you through the NC home-buying process from start to finish.I'm constantly improving, and I still have the same enthusiasm for this job that I had when I first got started. Every year has built on the previous one, and I'm excited for where my career is headed. Real estate doesn't feel like a job for me. It's my passion, its my life, and it's something I enjoy doing every day. I never want the home buying or selling experience to feel like a job for my clients. I bring a fun, relaxed, and enthusiastic approach to your home buying/selling journey. I will take the opportunity to educate and advise my client when the time is right, but that doesn't mean we can't have fun along the way.
I work on a few simple philosophies:
Every house is the RIGHT house for you at the RIGHT price.
Every house is the WRONG house for you at the WRONG price.
Remember, you don't make your money when you sell your house, you make it when you buy!!!
And finally, there is NO such thing as a once in a lifetime deal...there will always be another one.
My reviews are not from family members 'fluffing' and artificially inflating my ratings....they come from actual clients, all of whom by the end of their transactions I can energetically call friends.
I will work tirelessly for you. Those aren't empty words, I promise. And if we have to visit every house in the state to find the right one for you, then you're probably too picky :)
