If you haven’t met Jamie Larsen yet, allow us to introduce her to you. A Staten Island, NY native, Jamie worked as an Executive Administrator for a large international investment bank in New York for 10 years. After a job relocation brought her to Charlotte 12 years ago, she and her family settled in Waxhaw and they couldn’t be happier. Jamie is a proud member of the DASH Carolinas team and is licensed in both North and South Carolina. As a DASH agent, Jamie is dedicated to helping her clients find the home of their dreams. Whether you are buying or selling a home or are just curious about the local market, she would love to offer her support and services. Jamie knows the local community — both as an agent and a neighbor — and can help guide you through the nuances of our local market. With access to top listings, exceptional marketing strategies and cutting-edge technology, Jamie works hard to make your real estate experience memorable and enjoyable. When she is not touring homes, Jamie enjoys being a mom, baking, reading and walking her goldendoodle, Daisy. Jamie is a member of the Waxhaw Women’s Club, The National Charity League and the VP of Communications for the PTSO Board at Marvin Ridge Middle School. She looks forward to working with you in the future and stands by her motto: Your property, my passion, our success
I work on a few simple philosophies:
Every house is the RIGHT house for you at the RIGHT price.
Every house is the WRONG house for you at the WRONG price.
Remember, you don't make your money when you sell your house, you make it when you buy!!!
And finally, there is NO such thing as a once in a lifetime deal...there will always be another one.
My reviews are not from family members 'fluffing' and artificially inflating my ratings....they come from actual clients, all of whom by the end of their transactions I can energetically call friends.
I will work tirelessly for you. Those aren't empty words, I promise. And if we have to visit every house in the state to find the right one for you, then you're probably too picky :)
