She has lived in the Lake Norman area for the past seven years and brings both strong local market knowledge and valuable relocation insight that resonates with many of her out-of-state clients. Heather specializes in properties ranging from $400K to over $2M, including luxury homes, waterfront properties, second homes, and relocations.
