Colleen Hanson serves as Vice President of Operations at DASH Carolina, a leading residential real estate brokerage serving North Carolina and South Carolina. Based in Wilmington, North Carolina, she oversees operations across multiple markets, leading initiatives that support agent success, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. With deep expertise in real estate operations, brokerage systems, compliance, onboarding, training, and agent support, Colleen plays a critical role in building the infrastructure that keeps DASH Carolina running at a high level. She works closely with leadership to develop scalable processes, strengthen internal systems, and create a more seamless experience for both agents and staff. Colleen is instrumental in launching new markets, optimizing workflows, improving technology adoption, and enhancing the operational support that allows agents to focus on growing their businesses. Her leadership spans recruiting support, transaction management, office operations, compliance systems, training programs, and overall organizational efficiency. Known for her hands-on leadership style and solutions-driven mindset, Colleen is passionate about helping agents succeed through strong systems, thoughtful support, and clear processes. Her work helps ensure DASH Carolina continues to deliver on its mission of providing A Better Way to Real Estate. In her role, Colleen supports DASH Carolina’s offices and agents across Raleigh, Charlotte, Greensboro, High Point, Fayetteville, Asheville, Greenville, and Spartanburg. Colleen lives in Wilmington with her husband, Brad, and their two children, Savannah and Sawyer. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially at the beach and taking in everything coastal living has to offer.
