Born and raised in historic Charleston, South Carolina, Bruce earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the College of Charleston before beginning a career that built the foundation for his success in real estate. Early in his professional journey, Bruce worked for a major political committee in Washington, D.C., followed by leadership roles as a General Manager for several restaurant groups in the Charleston area. These experiences sharpened his skills in communication, organization, negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service—qualities that continue to benefit his clients every day. Real estate has always been part of Bruce’s life. With family roots in real estate sales and construction dating back to the 1950s, he developed an appreciation for the industry at an early age. Today, he is passionate about helping buyers and sellers navigate one of the most important financial and personal decisions they will ever make. Now based in Charlotte, Bruce serves clients throughout the greater Charlotte region and neighboring South Carolina communities. Known for his attention to detail, strong communication, and client-first approach, he works diligently to ensure every transaction is as smooth and stress-free as possible. Outside of real estate, Bruce enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, working out, listening to music, and gardening.
