While I had lived in Durham for a couple of years I still wasn't very familiar with the area. I explained to him what I wanted in both a neighborhood and a house and he was extremely diligent in helping me find my requirements even while on a limited budget (which isn't easy to do in this housing market!). He was always available by phone, text, and email and had incredibly flexible hours in showing me homes as I have a nontraditional schedule and sometimes we had to jump on viewings for new listings. When I finally found the one Shane lined everything up and even helped me negotiate at the last minute. Shane cares immensely. That's the bottom line. "We met Brad Hellard when we asked Zillow to tour a house but after reading reviews we continued to work with him. Brad had been working with us for several months because we were slowly searching for the best option, he did not push us, came to tour houses on weekends, and was polite and patient.
