Jerome made himself available 24 hours a day. If he wasn't available to show us a house, he found a colleague to show us. He was thorough in looking over the many homes we asked to see. Anything we needed to know, he answered or sought out the answer. His patience was outstanding as my husband can be a bit much at times. There were times when we felt discouraged and that we would never find a home. Jerome always stayed positive and assured us he would not give up until we found the home that made us happy.
