We worked with Katie for about 4 months looking at houses, and another month closing on a house. During the look throughs, she was very detail-oriented, making sure we had a good understanding of the homes and surrounding areas. She gave some amazing suggestions and was always always open to ours as well.

We ended up buying a place that was double our original budget, but the neighborhood & the neighbors made it all worthwhile.

Rob Bruesser has been with us from January 2021-July 2022. It has been a long ride but Rob stuck by us through out it all. As he should but I’ve been with a realtor before and Rob is the best. He went above and beyond for us and helped tremendously through the whole process.

We had to sell our house and buy another; had to wait for our house to be built. He explained everything to us very well. He asked plenty of questions to the builders and answered most of the questions we had.
