As a first time homebuyer, I was hesitant to move forward with the process until I could find a personable agent that I trust, and Sam fit the bill perfectly. Samuel is incredibly responsive!! I had been watching a piece of property for 2-3 months and had worked with another agent at his company who was no longer there. I decided to make an offer, late on a Friday evening. My former agent handed my information to Samuel who jumped right in. Within an hour he had the contract ready and had contacted the Seller's agent. His Friday evening was interrupted and he handled everything with no issues as my offer was accepted. While awaiting closing I received periodic updates and after the closing, Samuel responded with the local information I requested.

Absolutely positive everyday, was always very helpful. Most important was that no matter the time or day she was always available without any issues. Means alot due to my job and not having much free time. Always professional and knows the facts of a house and the neighborhood. Would recommend 10/10 thank you for the great experience of buying a home!
